Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and meet KPIs. Manage existing customer accounts and establish strong relationships with key clients. Identify and onboard new customers or channel partners to expand the business. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective promotion and product positioning. Monitor sales operations, ensure efficient route planning, and oversee stock availability and inventory levels. Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and customer service standards. Provide sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit terms. Train and support sales staff in product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer handling.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
