Job Profile:
1)Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
2)Roll out Annual/ Quarterly/ Monthly Distributor programmes.
3)Produce targeted sales action plans on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for
designated area.
4) To work closely with the distributor and their staff members in meeting annual targets;
5)Training and development of the Distributor sales team.
6)Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company\'s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
8)Travelling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
9)Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
10)Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritising key customers and prospects.
11)Executing and monitoring offline sales activities along with the Dealer/Distributor network.
12)Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
13)To carry out market analysis on competition, gather market intelligence in order to plan out sale\xe2\x80\x99s promotional activities properly.
14)Effective management of branding activities in order to build strong brand presence in the markets.
