Role and responsibilities Weightage (%) 1. Achieve high quality sign- ups by: \xe2\x88\x99 Aggressively chasing leads provided by the central team. \xe2\x88\x99 Proactively identifying new leads and converting them through high quality sales pitches. 30% 2. Ensure efficient operationalization and handover by: \xe2\x88\x99 Achieving timely operationalization \xe2\x88\x99 Achieving revenue target basis operationalization. \xe2\x88\x99 Following excellence in the transition process. \xe2\x88\x99 Guiding the prospective channel partner to identify suitable property that meet the criterion laid down by the Company. \xe2\x88\x99 Ensuring timely collection of Franchise fees. \xe2\x88\x99 Billing necessary furniture and equipment to the new partners to make them operationally ready. \xe2\x88\x99 Providing the partner with a Franchise manual and other essentials to get them fit-out ready within timeline. \xe2\x88\x99 Coordinating with cross functional teams to hand-hold the partner until inauguration. \xe2\x88\x99 Enabling the new partner with sourcing of mandated Welcome Kits for inauguration. 40% 3. Run pre-Launch marketing initiatives for business generation by: \xe2\x88\x99 Coordinating with Marketing Team to identify suitable areas and tools to ensure 10% Role and responsibilities Weightage (%) visibility and generate enquiries. \xe2\x88\x99 Ensuring POP materials are in place as per Pre Sign off discussion. 4. To complete sales administration and compliance by: \xe2\x88\x99 Managing and updating Lead Management System. \xe2\x88\x99 Meeting daily market visit norms. \xe2\x88\x99 Ensuring daily visit reports and funnel management \xe2\x88\x99 Validating KYC of the prospective channel partner and subsequent submission to HO to ensure sign off of MOU and Agreement. 20% Experience and Qualification Essential Desirable Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in franchise acquisition and deal making. MBA Sales & Marketing with 4-6 years of experience in education/ retail/ franchising.
