Role Description : We are seeking a full-time, on-site, Area Sales Manager/Sales Manager for our Ahmedabad location. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales target goals, managing and mentoring the sales team, developing new sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work directly with the leadership team and will be responsible for determining the market demand for our products in your area. Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience in a technical or related field Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or related field Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing revenue Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales forecasting tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
