  • To develop sales & marketing strategies to develop sales growth in the assigned area.
  • To develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
  • To conduct market research to understand competitors & market trends.
  • To provide innovative ideas & suggestions to improve market presence.
  • To report & coordinate with the General Manager - Sales to enhance revenue & sales performance.
  • To maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • To build a sales culture & sales centric atmosphere among the team members.
  • To develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
  • To perform any other task assigned by Reporting Head/Director-Sales/Director-Service.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9600,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9650,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • Day shift

  • Performance bonus
