Job description
**Key Responsibilities :**
Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective relationship building and networking.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
**Job Requirements :**
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the housing finance industry.
Strong knowledge of affordable housing, mortgage loans, housing loan, channel sales, direct sales, banking sales, LAP, home loans, marketing, business development, team management, and sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
Familiarity with local market conditions and competitive landscape.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
