Area Sales Head - Experience: 11- 12 years- (Direct Sales majorly Required)Roles and Responsibilities:- Create area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives- Achieve business targets of the area for various quarters as well as the financial year- Building the brand within the defined hospital network zone- Maintaining strong relationships with doctors, and customers.- Identify hiring needs, select and train new executives.- Forecasting daily MIS on product performance across all branches- Preparing sales reports/power point presentations- Managing reconciliation with the hospital.Key Requirements:- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven track record in managing field sales and achieving sales targets.- Exposure to fintech products is an added advantage- Good understanding of the local market and customer behaviour in the assigned area.- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
