The role focuses on revenue generation, market expansion, relationship management, and achieving business targets.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across assigned regions- Promote products to hospitals, pathology labs, diagnostic centers, medical colleges, universities, agricultural labs, FSL, and industrial segments- Expand customer base by onboarding new government and private institutionsCustomer & Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, lab owners, administrators, and key decision-makers- Schedule and conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups- Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account retentionProduct Promotion & Support- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions- Educate customers on product features, applications, and benefits- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance- Continuously upgrade product knowledge to support effective sellingMarket Intelligence & Reporting- Analyze regional market trends, competition, and customer requirements- Collect and share competitor information and pricing insights with management- Maintain daily sales activity reports and submit weekly performance reports- Track sales pipelines and forecast potential businessOperations & Coordination- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and installations- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments- Implement sales and marketing strategies assigned by RSM/NSM- Complete tasks and responsibilities assigned by reporting managersQualifications & Skills Required- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in sales/business development- Experience in medical devices, microscopes, scientific instruments, or lab equipment preferred- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Target-driven mindset with strong business acumen- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team- Adaptability to a fast-paced, field-sales environment (ref:updazz.com)
