- experience in sales of additives and various kind of plastic Films used in Plastic Packaging Industry
- Work in field on leads generated by inside sales team or with own market intelligence to achieve monthly & annual sales targets
- Provide technical guidance & support to customers for product trial & applications
- Develop & implement effective sales strategies to increase market share & business growth
- Maintain strong customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with management for planning, reporting & strategic decisions
- Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline analysis & sales forecasting with management
- Monthly sales forecasting & budget achievement
- Payment collection & credit control for assigned region
