Identify and prospect new customers within residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Present and sell solar products to potential customers by demonstrating their benefits and cost-effectiveness. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Manage leads from initial contact to closing, ensuring excellent customer service at every stage. Conduct product presentations, site assessments, and consultations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
o Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Provide timely and professional follow-up to customer inquiries, quotations, and post-sales support. Educate customers on the latest solar technologies, product offerings, and government incentives or rebates.
o Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Stay up-to-date on solar industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities. Monitor market conditions and provide feedback to the sales Head to help refine marketing strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
o Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Participate in team meetings, sharing best practices and strategies for improving sales performance.
