Area Retail Manager
(Candidates having experience in following brands only will be considered - Lenskart, FirstCry, Jockey, W/ Aurelia, Lakshita, Biba, Savvy, Enamour, Amante)

Roles & Responsibilities

This position is responsible for organizing and overseeing the operations of a number of stores; overall Success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store Manager, ensuring business development and efficiency with strategic mind-set and are excellent leadership.

Scope and Impact of Job (Revenue Responsibilities - Budget and/or Revenue)
Primary Responsibilities (List in order of importance and list amount of time spent on task)
Ensuring effective execution of Company policies, procedures and programmes pertaining to Visual Merchandising, Distribution of stock, all administrative areas like loss prevention, theft, fire, store maintenance, customer claims, expenditures etc.).
Formulate and implement business development strategies to ensure long-term success analyze the product and categories by analyzing and calculating the SELL THRU.
Ensure optimization and overseeing of store operations to ensure efficiency
Develop a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
Responsible for overseeing the recruitment of staff and for ensuring that there is adequate staff cover for the stores.

*To analyze sales data to manage performance and make informed management decisions in conjunction with the Retail Manager.
Presenting relevant and timely reports into the higher executives.
Recovery of Shortages from Staffs and SM with proper documentations
Ensure all the commercials to be sent to HO on time such as internet, EB, CAM, and Rentalsand follow-up on the same.
Ensure all the agreements such as rental and lease agreement are met as per the company norms and execute.
Ensure SM and Staffs are well groomed, trained in customer service to enhance the experience of the brand and product Skills

Qualification

Any Degree

Experience

(Candidates having experience in following brands only will be considered - Lenskart, FirstCry, Jockey, W/ Aurelia, Lakshita, Biba, Savvy, Enamour, Amante)
3-5 years Experience as Retail Area Manager, Retail Cluster Manager or similar Managerial role Strong business knowledge.
Knowledge of ERP software
