JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB ROLE
Lead a team of Relationship Managers to oversee and expand the existing customer portfolio in the Crop Loans sector (KCC).
Possess thorough knowledge of the local geography and cropping patterns, with the ability to swiftly recruit high-quality team members
Oversee interest and NPA collections within the assigned area.
Regularly monitor accounts to prevent delinquencies, maintain portfolio hygiene, ensure timely closure of post-disbursement deferrals, and perfect security measures.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers by cross-selling additional asset and third-party products.
Manage the renewal of existing loans.
Collaborate with Credit and Legal teams to address customer requirements and manage disbursements
Enhance efficiency by monitoring processes and suggesting improvements based on ground realities and market trends.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelors or Master's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in relationship management.
Strong leadership abilities.
Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
