- Duties and Responsibilities - "\xd0\xa5 Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Personal Loans \xd0\xa5 Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development. \xd0\xa5 Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities. \xd0\xa5 Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM/NSM \xd0\xa5 Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. \xd0\xa5 Recruiting and Retaining high performers. \xd0\xa5 Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. \xd0\xa5 Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & Profitability across locations. \xd0\xa5 Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets \xd0\xa5 Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio. \xd0\xa5 Ensure 100% Collections"
- \xd0\xa5 Graduation with 4 to 6 years and MBA with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
\xd0\xa5 Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
\xd0\xa5 Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
\xd0\xa5 People & Relationship Management skills.
\xd0\xa5 Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
