Qualification : Graduate & Above
Preferred Skills : 6- 8 Years of experience in business development and property acqusition.
Key Result Areas
Supporting Actions
Create the budgeted retail space as per the brand requirements
Create Line of sight properties in Mall/ HS & convert them to store Launch as per budget & continuously look for newer opportunities for Conversion with in the Financial year.
Reach & Penetration
Continuously update the market mapping data for Expansion opportunities & plan timely entry for Cost & Competitive advantage.
Profitable expansion
Negotiate favorable terms with landlord & Mall developers to get Right Location , Right Size & at the Right Cost .
Forecasting future spaces in potential markets * Study relevant markets to understand business potential.
- Continuously monitor competition and market activities.
- Map spaces as per current and forecasted requirements.
- Maintain relationships with owners of commercial properties to shortlist potential market places.
Process Adherence * Learn about the processes & systems with reference to RBD in particular and the organization in general.
- Establish processes and systems required for the profile and regularly monitor them. To maintain effective tracker for day-to-day updations and review with the superiors
