Title :- Area Manager - Channel Partner

Experience: 1-5 years in Real Estate / Channel Partner Management preferred.

Job Location :- Market Yard, Bibwewadi, Pune, Maharashtra.

Role Overview

The Area Manager - Channel Partner will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, & managing Channel Partners (CPs) and builders within the assigned territory. The role involves strengthening the CP network, ensuring high-quality partner performance, distributing project/property information, and supporting CPs in driving sales through effective coordination, communication, and field engagement.

Identify and shortlist active Channel Partners (CPs), property distributors, CP listers, and builder partnerships. Source and evaluate potential CPs for project listings and sales collaboration. Enroll selected CPs into the PGS (PlusOne Partner Growth System). Complete CP onboarding, documentation, and KYC formalities. Allocate leads to CPs based on their performance and project requirements. Maintain CP quality and ensure adherence to company processes and service. Conduct regular field visits to meet CPs and support their sales activities. Provide CPs with project briefs, pricing updates, inventory information, and sales kits. Track CP incentives, maintain MIS dashboards, and verify payout eligibility. Ensure CPs are well-informed about project launches, schemes, pricing, and marketing assets.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per month
