Job Summary . Area Manager - Payments - E - Commerce/Senior Area Manager - Payments - E - Commerce Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - Business Development: . Manage all the operational work at partners related to partner website BFL Marketplace & BFL Experia app . Daily Scrapping partner website to ensure BFL visibility . Work closely with ARU teams to ensure the implementation of customer campaigns . Daily coordination with partners for FCU cancellations Customer services resolution . Reconciliation of receivables for E-commerce partners and collect NOC monthly . Addressing E-commerce partners issues (Invoice Tech scheme related catalogue related) . Responsible for various communications in terms of reports & analysis to E-commerce partners . Perform research and identify new potential partners and new market opportunities for extending No Cost EMI. Relationship Management: . Work closely with partners to ensure continuous coverage of BFL NCE on partner website BFL Marketplace and BFL Experia App . Create customer pull for BFL EMI schemes through various mediums . Build processes to ensure on time service delivery to partners. . Ensure timely reconciliation of receivables for E-commerce partners . Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of E-commerce partners are timely addressed . Responsible for various communications in terms of reports & analysis to E-commerce partners . Identify revenue leakages in system and build processes to prevent revenue loss Required Qualifications and Experience . Business Development: .
