Job Responsibilities:
1. Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread. 2.Ensure the Team meets potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments. 3..Ensure the Team Services the Existing POS to drive sales growth 4.Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales and operations process. 5. Ensure the team targets are met- New Channel Onboarding, Target achievement, Channel Retention, Business Premium.
