Sales Process Management

Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for LAP and through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
Retain and expand the companys base of customers for LAP channel(Loan Against Property) so as to ensure repeat business or referrals
Maximize sales through a network of DSA, managing connector and relationships to ensure strong business.
Maximize number of APFs and increase penetration in the approved APF projects.
Facilitate the development of a robust business plan so as to improve the disbursal patterns
Identify the potential DSA in market and build up strong relationship with them
