We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Area Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:-

Select and manage a team of 5 to 6 community mobilizers in the assigned district. Facilitate the team to ensure community awareness through mobilization tools like posters, banners, pamphlets, and motivational videos. Build rapport with key village leaders (sarpanch, teachers, caste leaders, ASHA/Anganwadi workers) to seek their support in community mobilization. Motivate the team to mobilize youth, women, and farmers to acquire new skills that enhance their income through new initiatives. Area Sales Manager Organize training sessions on various agriculture, dairy, poultry, goatery, masonry, carpentry, house painting, plumbing, etc. (Training of trainers will be conducted by the organization). Ensure the distribution of training certificates to qualified community members.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

Field sales: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
