Oversee daily operations of multiple tea outlets.
Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, hygiene standards, and SOPs.
Monitor product quality, stock availability, cleanliness, and outlet presentation.
Conduct regular audits and store inspections.
2. Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for all outlets.
Review sales performance and develop action plans to improve revenue.
Identify opportunities for new product promotions and local marketing activities.
Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements.
3. Staff Management
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate outlet managers and staff.
Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.
Ensure staff adherence to grooming standards, customer service protocols, and discipline.
4. Customer Service
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all outlets.
Handle escalated complaints and resolve customer issues promptly.
Implement strategies to improve customer experience.
5. Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock levels, wastage, and consumption.
Approve and track inventory orders for each outlet.
Control operating expenses and work to improve profitability.
Ensure proper cash handling and billing procedures.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Provide feedback to senior management regarding outlet performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Track employee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
