Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of microscopes across hospitals, pathology labs, colleges, and industrial sectors.- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both government and private institutions.- Conduct client meetings, product demos, training, and technical support.- Achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and implement sales strategies.- Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve queries or complaints.- Handle area sales operations, payment collections, and regular reporting.- Understand product functionalities and troubleshoot issues as needed.Key Skills:- 1.5-3 years of sales/business development experience in medical/lab equipment.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.- Excellent market knowledge and customer-handling ability.
