Position Summary:

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will ensure the smooth operations and efficient functioning of the warehouse. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse staff, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Planning and supervising the workflow in a warehouse. (Manpower, inventory, planning )
• Handle and execute inventory management in operations. (production planning align with procurement)
• Ensure for Proper receipt and handling materials into the warehouse.
• Planning and organizing materials at proper places in a warehouse.
• Provide training for employees timely for safety and relatively.
• Cross verification of each transaction, Maintain and manage inventories accurately.
• Aging report to be share to management for batter utilities of IM.

• Slow-moving, expired, and dead stock reports to be shared with management.
• Team shift schedule management Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.

• Implementation and adhering to safety procedures and standards in warehouse.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Requirements & Work Ability:

• Knowledge of inventory management best practices and experience in conducting cycle counts and audits.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required during warehouse operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in warehouse operations.
