Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic

Area Franchise Executive

with 2-4 years of experience in the

confectionery or FMCG sector

to manage and grow our franchise operations in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new franchise partners. Ensure franchisee compliance with brand standards and SOPs. Support franchisees in operations, stock management, and store performance. Monitor sales, suggest local marketing activities, and drive growth. Conduct regular visits and provide training to franchise staff.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred). 2-4 years of experience in franchise handling, preferably in confectionery or FMCG. Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
