Job Description
Area Collection Manager will be responsible to visit Branches and high value cases which are not able to handle through normal channels.
a~ Will be responsible for TW products loans delinquencies for UP West & Dehradun Cluster.
a~ To ensuring that the team adheres to the defined processes and policies while dealing with delinquent customers.
a~ Check the cash receipts in coordination with operations on a timely basis.
a~ Handle the team of On roll Collection Managers & Collection Officers.
a~ Coach team members regarding their performance and suggest and implement corrective action as required.
a~ Highlighting any trends observed in the market place and identifying the fraud cases and takes proactive action to safeguard the company interest.
a~ To work closely with business & legal & support team to ensure effective NPA management.
a~ Area Collection manager will be responsible for end to end process which is set by the Company.
a~ To prepare the MIS Reports, Analyze MIS reports,identify trends and take appropriate action on the same.
