Area Collection Manager- Two Wheeler Loan/DelhiKey Responsibilities:Bucket Management:- Implement effective strategies for the management of delinquent accounts across different buckets.- Monitor and track the movement of accounts through various stages of delinquency.- Develop action plans to mitigate risks associated with higher-risk accounts.Collections Optimization:- Devise and execute collection strategies to optimize recovery rates and reduce losses.- Conduct regular reviews of collection processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline collection procedures and enhance overall effectiveness.Customer Engagement:- Liaise with customers to understand their financial circumstances and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements.- Provide assistance and guidance to customers experiencing financial difficulties, aiming to resolve issues and prevent further delinquency.
