JD \xe2\x80\x93 Area Collection Manager\xe2\x80\x94Field Collections / Senior Manager/DGM - Field Collection : Location : Delhi / NOIDA Team size : Field Collection -- 50 to 75 Key Responsibilities : \xc2\xb7 Managing a team of Field collection officers in various Pin codes of Delhi & NCR. \xc2\xb7 Delivering the payment collection targets for the clients \xe2\x80\x93 Banks and financial institutions \xc2\xb7 Scope of work is both early and late stage collections for the complete range of unsecured loans products like Credit Cards, PL , Consumer durable loans and secured loans like Home loans and Automotive loans. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring and upholding ethical collection practices and code of conduct guidelines as mandated by the regulator \xc2\xb7 Building a stable and high performing disciplined field collection team in various PIN codes of Delhi & NCR . \xc2\xb7 Timely reporting and analysis. \xc2\xb7 Design and execution of the monthly incentive scheme for the field collection officers. \xc2\xb7 Overall productivity and profitability of the field collection organization in the state. Skills Required: \xc2\xb7 Good communication and Negotiation skills. Knowledge of local language. \xc2\xb7 Team leadership qualities. Ability to lead, motivate and inspire the team. \xc2\xb7 Team building : Ability to attract talent and retain. \xc2\xb7 Numeric proficiency and basic excel proficiency \xc2\xb7 Organized, meticulous and Process oriented. \xc2\xb7 Energy and Enthusiasm \xc2\xb7 Target driven & Dependability Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb960,000.00 per month Schedule:
