Area Business Manager - Agri Business Group\\ Job Profile Manage team of Acquisition Managers to source NTB customers in Agri SME space. \xef\x83\xbc Acceptable knowledge of respective geography & ability to quickly recruit quality team members. \xef\x83\xbc To understand customers business model, decent ability to appraise financials & identify suitable NTB business opportunities for Working capital (fund based/non-fund based) & Term Loan facilities in Agri, Food processing & MSME Industries. \xef\x83\xbc Cross sell liability & other third party products on newly on boarded customers. \xef\x83\xbc Closely work with Credit & risk function, legal & technical teams, RCAD & GR/GTS team for smooth customer onboarding & effective risk management. \xef\x83\xbc To collaborate with internal bank channels & develop open market sourcing thru DMA\xe2\x80\x99s, CA\xe2\x80\x99s & financials consultants. Ability to develop network & channels in various business segments thru associations & industry bodies, ware house managers etc \xef\x83\xbc Improve efficiency by monitoring & suggesting improvement in processes basis ground reality & market trends. \xef\x83\xbc
