Job Description
Business Growth: Responsible for Business Development & Dealer Development for the
Assigned Geography.
To establish and maintain business strategies to meet MS% and Business Targets in the
assigned Geography.
Synergy: To enhance synergy between the dealer.
To handle customer, employee, product & process related challenges and resolve it.
Portfolio Management: Infant delinquency to be handled for teh period as per Farm
equipment loan contract tenure.
Productivity measurement: To ensure that employee productivity is improved month on
month through coaching and mentoring.
