Planning Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance of each branch in the cluster against identified targets
Strengthen relationship with SMS/RLEs of the partner banks Manage & enhance relationship with the SMS/RLEs of the partner banks Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner banks Manage & enhance relationship with internal stake holders
Sales growth and cost management Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional campaigns within the Cluster Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Development Managers and discuss with Business development mangers on backlog, customer feedback, and other insights from field force Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations for the cluster
Business drive Liaise with Bank regional team for insurance penetration to loans. Conducting meeting, update, reviews required for loan coverage business Regular insurance penetration track, update to Bank teams and India First regional team.
Product champion Overseeing training requirements in region/zones mapped to increase mindshare at relevant units Increase visibility at Bank loan centres and regional offices. Promoting RnR for channel partner and internal employees to boost insurance penetration to retail loans.
Relationship Management To engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, JV Company's product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)
Customer satisfaction and retention Monitor satisfaction of the clusters customers through a customer satisfaction index based on parameters such as customer complaints
People Management Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Development Managers in line with the overall recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan Resolve any issues related to the Business Development managers Ensure Business Development Manager meet their training requirements Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation KEY
