Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of senior architects and draughtsmen, assist in creating architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Sketchup and other drafting software..
Capacity to fulfil deadlines and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design drawings.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and project reports.
Work together with designers, architects, and other team members to ensure that all project requirements are fulfilled.
Do research on building codes, materials, and industry trends to improve the process of design and drafting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Diploma in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with good capability in oral and written communication skills.
Computer skills and the ability to utilize design software are mandatory.
