The Architectural Designer will be a core member of this studio and will contribute to bringing some of the most experiential spaces in India to life. The responsibilities include creating drawings, designs, and layouts, renderings and complying with industry regulations. This opportunity offers a great start for aspiring architects. you\'ll be working closely with the co-founders and interior design professionals on architecture, interior and spatial design projects.Key Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Working with the co-founders to discuss the design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs. \xe2\x97\x8f Gathering the necessary measurements, dimensions, and other routine calculations for design layouts. \xe2\x97\x8f Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends. \xe2\x97\x8f Using CAD software and manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for management \xe2\x97\x8f Creating renderings to better envision design plans \xe2\x97\x8f Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients. \xe2\x97\x8f Providing management with estimates on cost, time, machinery, construction, and other specifications \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring that all layouts and blueprints are compliant with industry codes and legal standards. Key Attributes \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture \xe2\x97\x8f A portfolio of completed design. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent technical skills, particularly with AutoCAD. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of building codes and Regulatory standards \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for creating construction drawings based upon the needs of a specific project. \xe2\x97\x8f This will involve compiling data, determining design information, engineering calculations, coordinating with engineers and other designers, and checking calculations. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong creative design and time management skills \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
