Overview Accountability for the implementation, delivery and sustainment of the SAP IBM within the Forecast To Schedule (FTS) Global Process and Solution Design. This role is the IT Solution for SAP IBP SME as it relates to the global processes defined by the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT). Provide IT knowledge to enable common global designs, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery of PGT solution capabilities. Objectives are to ensure the delivery and sustainment for the PGT solution specifically within the Forecast To Schedule - Demand Planning functionality. This role will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo\'s SAFe agile principles for the PBNA Wave 1 - PBC deployment project. Core Level 3 FTS DP Processes covered: . Perform Promotion & Event Planning . Perform Short Term Demand Sensing . Publish Demand Plan Other areas may be in focus including Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Production Planning, Network Optimization, Inventory Optimization, Replenishment Planning and Supply Planning Responsibilities . SAP IBP Subject Matter Expert in any module like DP,IO,Supply and expert for end to end process within this domain . Deliver and sustain the PGT solution capabilities across all in-scope PepsiCo markets . Lead the day to day activities of the Demand Planning team comprised of internal and external resources . Drive completion of activities in collaboration with the Inventory Optimization, Response and Network Optimization and PP/DS IT Solution Design Leads and business partners. . Act as advocate of change . Understand process interdependencies and ensure the design of fully integrated process solutions with other process teams - example Make To Deploy and Order to Cash . Primary point of contact across the PBNA organization for overall status of the IT Demand Planning work stream - i.e. the \'go to\' person . Collaborate with Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design recommendations . Escalate appropriate decisions making requirements or process \'choice points\' to Global Process Owner and Leads . Willing to challenge status quo and ask difficult questions to drive for optimum solutions and outcomes . Ability to influence and work through others . Ability to deliver high quality outcomes particularly under tight timelines Qualifications 12 years of experience in SAP APO with at least 4 years of experience in SAP IBP in any of the module Experience with SAP IBP demand planning.demand sensing, Supply is must have. Experience in effectively transitioning support from deployment (Dev/Ops) including managing transports and SAP environment management Passionate about working with and developing their team to create a high performing culture.
