Position Overview
DevOps role is a technical, individual contributor role. It is essential to have excellent communication and
coordination skills to successfully integrate various team members in a coordinated manner and deliver the
responsibilities to the customer’s satisfaction.

Checklist of Experience Required for this Position:
We'll be upfront with you: We will only consider candidates with the following experience. For a candidate
to be considered for this role, she or he will absolutely need to have:

• 5+ years of development experience, 7-8 years of overall IT industry experience. Mobile Native iOS is nice to have.
• Experience with front end technologies, Platform awareness- EIP (Enterprise Integration platform), OCH- Omni Channel Commerce, Saas and backend services.
• Proactive Monitoring, Automation scripting, Glean insights from data (trends/metrics)

Qualifications/Requirements

• Understanding customer requirements and coordination with IT teams.
• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
• Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
• Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
• Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the manual and duplication of effort.
• Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
• Risk & Problem management
• Incidence management and root cause analysis
• Coordination and communication within the team and with customers
• Performing production checkout process
• Mentoring and guiding the team members
• Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs
• Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer
