Part of SAP Capability Center and lead the Production execution process and support manufacturing values stream. Candidate should be an expert in SAP MTD(PP,QM,EWM) with minimum 14 years of experience in SAP as functional expert. Able to work with business unit to develop MTD solution in SAP S/4 HANA application. Able to provide detail reporting related to MTD value stream. Manage and oversee the demand and plan the team capacity accordingly. Responsibilities Take care of Value Stream specific deliverable Manage demand and capacity to meet the requirements. SAP functional expert in SAP manufacturing area and support team when needed. Very good knowledge on the Production execution process Managing multiple stake holders, ready to work in CST overlap hours. End to end ownership SAP delivery and innovation work in SAP manufacturing area Qualifications YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 14+ years of experience in SAP with functional experience SAP manufacturing with leadership experience MANDATORY TECHNICAL SKILLS Must have experience in SAP Manufacturing Relevant experience of using SAP Manufacturing in S/4 HANA system Strong knowledge on Production execution process Experience in managing SAP delivery using AGILE methodology. Strong proponent of digital enable tools - Fiori/RPA/S4HANA MANDATORY NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS Should have a strong track record of success in leading teams and driving new initiatives. A very positive attitude with innovative mindset is mandatory Passionate about working with and developing their team to create a high performing culture. Proven ability to manage and juggle competing priorities. Proven excellent communication and rapport building skills with managers and peers DIFFERENTIATING COMPETENCIES Leadership skills with a very innovative mindset is mandatory. Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management. Willing to work on Strech hours during the critical phase of the Project.
