Job Description

As an Architect, you will have to design, develop and detail commercial & residential projects as per the requirement and Liaoning with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.Minimum Requirements: B. Arch. with at 10+ years relevant experience in working drawings of High luxurious residential projects. Excellent knowledge of architectural regulations and procedures. Have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D). Be passionate about buildings and the built environment. Experience with computational design. Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up or similar design software.Duties & Responsibilities : Creating building designs and detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications. To design and develop commercial & residential projects as per the inputs. Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design. Using the construction brief to identify company needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals. Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections and compile project specifications. Site visits to check on project status and report on project. To maintain proper drawing records for company as per norms and to select of materials. Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects. Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget. Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists. Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments. Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications, and contracts. Support architectural teams in the physical survey of the building by providing architectural support to architects in producing a construction plan. Prepare and produce layouts, elevations and cross- section in construction drawings. Prepare- section plans, detailed drawings. Drafting architectural blueprints, use modern software such as CAD. Assisting and Assisting the architect in the execution of several architectural works. Execute all parts of architectural operations. Ensure compliance satisfy architectural, principles and standards. Bachelor degree in architecture. Must posses a minimum of 15 yearsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: From ?30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
