Design & Planning

Prepare

concept designs and layouts

as per brand and operational requirements Develop

floor plans, furniture layouts, and space planning

Design

interior elevations and sections

Create

3D views / walkthroughs

for design visualization

Working Drawings & Technical Documentation

Prepare detailed

working drawings

, including: Layout drawings Furniture working drawings Electrical working drawings & SLD Plumbing layouts & plumbing working drawings Flooring layouts Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and execution-ready

Coordination & Execution

Coordinate with

project, operations, electrical, plumbing, and vendor teams

Assist in

site execution, measurements, and design clarifications

Resolve site-level design issues and provide timely solutions

Estimation & BOQ

Prepare

material specifications and estimations

Assist in

BOQ preparation and cost optimization

Quality & Brand Compliance

Ensure designs align with

brand guidelines and operational flow

Maintain

quality standards and timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
