We are looking for a qualified architect, surveyors and urban designers. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of attractive, functional and safe building projects across our client portfolio. Project handover Quality check.Ability to handle multiple projects and keep them within budgets and timelines.Skills in drafting architectural plans and high quality detailing.Coordination with customer at design and construction stage.Make on-site visits.Ensure all works are carried out as per the design. Architect Job Responsibilities: This job generally requires the ability to do the following work:

• Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Design and document commercial and industrial building projects
• Consult with clients to determine their requirements
• Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development
• Organize and manage permit documents
• Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinate with subcontractors
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
• Modify existing plans and elevations to fit client and sales needs
• Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
• Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents.
• Plans and programs layout of project(s); coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
• Utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
• Produces construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Working with the Project Manager, may direct, supervise, and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.
• Interfaces with Director and project managers.
• Works in tandem with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams.
• Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications
• Working closely with clients to create initial project plans that meet specified requirements
• Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications both by hand and using CAD software (AutoCAD and Revit and 3D)
• Managing projects from inception to completion and suggesting adaptations to design and timeframe if necessary
• Preparing relevant paperwork including applications for planning permission and construction contracts
• Liaising with internal and external professionals including team members, freelancers and construction workers to ensure project runs smoothly
• Regularly visiting site to monitor project progression and resolve risks and issues
• Permanent position based at our offices in Leeds
• Working hours 9-5, Monday-Saturday with occasional overtime required
• Regular site visits required
• Highly organised with the ability to balance multiple projects at once
• Experience working with AutoCAD
• A full, clean driving license
• Knowledge of InDesign

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
