Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities Experience in handling Residential Projects & Commercial projects To Prepare drawings & details required for the project Knowledge of building and construction. Analytical thinking skills. Legal Knowledge. Worked on multiple projects varying from Residential, Commercial ( second homes ,villas) Knowledge of Drawings checking Coordination with various consultants. knowledge of all related software like - Auto CAD, Google sketch up Checking & getting prepared all kinds of presentations as well as working and detailed drawings. Maintaining a record of your projects & keep all data & drawings in order. Smart / Confident personality. Specification finalization. Material selection. BOQ analysis. Project scheduling & should have knowledge of task management. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience Immediate joiner Location -Tilari Road,Dodamarg,Dist-Sindhudurg Salary- 25k to 30kJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
