about the role We\'re searching for a talented and passionate Subject Matter Expert having experience on Cloud and IT infrastructure management to join our Service Delivery team , which is responsible for Integration, managing, securing, and supporting Cloud & IT infrastructure for our customers around the world. Your will provide design, engineering, configuration, administration, maintenance, and support of IT & cloud infrastructure deployed in the customer environment. You will be required to handle multiple assignments concurrently, leveraging experience skills in handling complex environments and coordinating task among teams. You will be required to work in 24x7 shift rotation to ensure service availability to our customers. Job Responsibilities: Manage IT infrastructure and cloud services deployed in the customer environment Manage operational maintenance, security, and availability of core IT and cloud services Deploy and configure cloud services (PaaS/SaaS) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cloud services Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as part of problem management Assist in analyzing historical usage for tracking and trending by CPU, memory, I/O and storage Identify performance bottleneck and suggest for the improvements Develop and maintain the Technical Disaster Recovery Plan. Provide technical support during disaster. Execute Technical Disaster Recovery plan during DR and DR drill. remediate security vulnerabilities identified by IT Security team Support L2 operations team resolving P1/P2 incidents, implementing complex changes and improve health if the IT infrastructure in scope about you This is a customer-facing role and is ideal for an excellent communicator with a positive outlook and having solution mindset. Ideally you should have 5-8 years relevant experience in large scale Cloud and datacenter support, having minimum 10 years of industry experience. You should be ready to work in customer time zone and during off business hours to carryout changes. Qualifications & Work Experience: BE/B.Tech/MCA/ B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional CCNP / MCSE / VMware (VCP), ITIL certification Experience on managing large scale environment running on Cloud (AWS) server virtualization Experience with one or more infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.) Experience using Amazon Web Services and AWS native services AWS workload provision, management & Administration Experience in managing windows server, Active Directory, GPO, Hyper-V etc. Experience on supporting middleware Experience working with some or all technologies below: EC2, ELB, ECS, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, Route53 & S3 Windows Server 2016/2019 AD, LDAP, ADFS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, PKI, etc Skill Set: Excellent communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of information security standardsand compliance Knowledge of vulnerability remediation Ability to lead troubleshooting for issues both known and unknown across domain Proven ability to provide technical recommendations to solve short- and long-term issues Proven ability to create technical design documentation using MS Visio Strong analytical skills for solving technical issues, isolation of application / network performance / server / storage issues Understanding and experience in working within an ITIL framework operational environment. additional information Benefits - At Orange, we know that great people make a great organization.
