ServiceNow Senior Lead Business and Techno Functional Role


The ServiceNow Senior Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform. This role requires a blend of business acumen and technical expertise to lead and execute ServiceNow projects, ensuring they align with our strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and administration, as well as experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilites:Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.


Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize ServiceNow projects and enhancements.


Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for ServiceNow, aligning with organizational goals.


Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and modules.


Provide technical leadership and guidance in ServiceNow best practices and development methodologies.


Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of the ServiceNow platform
