Job Description

Seeking a Project Manager with a strong application development background, hands-on GenAI exposure, and the structured execution discipline expected in mature IT services environments. This role requires someone who can balance Agile ways of working with milestone-driven governance, manage scope tightly, and partner confidently with demanding client stakeholders.



Required Experience & Skills



12+ years of overall IT industry experience. Minimum 4 years of project management experience leading technical projects, ideally with full lifecycle exposure. Strong Java/J2EE technical background (Spring, microservices, APIs), or data or similiar with the ability to engage engineering teams meaningfully. Experience operating in structured, process-mature IT services delivery environments with exposure to governance, quality processes, and metrics-driven execution. Experience working on RFPs, proposals will be an advantage. Proven Agile experience with prior Scrum Master responsibility. Exposure to GenAI initiatives such as PoCs, integrations, model-based features, or AI-assisted engineering workflows. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict-handling capability in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
