This is a remote position.
This is a healthcare related job and the Process Associate will have to perform the following activities:
- Answer calls from customers in the US.
- Call customers in the US for any queries.
- Collect documents and forward it to the concerned team.
- Send mails whenever required.
- Followup with concerned people and close pending issues.

- This is a Work from Home(WFH) job with US timings with 8 hours shift
- Time: 8:30 PM-4:30 AM
- Salary: 22k - 25k
We require candidates for a BPO type of job. Any degree in BE, BCA, BSc Computer Science is preferrable. Good Oral and Written skills in English is mandatory to converse with our US Client Basic computer skills is mandatory Experience: 1 - 3 years Candidates from any part of Tamil Nadu can apply.
