We have urgent requirement for the post of:- Customer Care Executive
Post Of: - Customer Care Executive
Experience: - 1-4 year
Salary: - 15k to 20K
Job time :- 10.30AM to 7.30 PM
Applied Candidate: - Male/ Female
Desired Qualification: - Any Graduate /MBA
:
Handling a high volume of customer enquiries while providing a high quality of service to each client.
-Resolving all the sales related issues with customers & able to efficiently respond to the online or telephone queries in a professional and friendly manner.
-He will be required to produce reports on progress of the issues resolved.
-Coordinating with field sales team to ensure that the services provided to the clients are scheduled and sent out on time.
-Coordinating with the respective departments to get the issues resolved.
-Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing
paperwork and filing documents related to customers.
