4. Liquidation of old / slow moving stock - both at Warehouse and in the channel.
5. Coordination with SCM for enabling higher mold utilisation by forecasting change, for lowest costs.
6. Own the product marketing calender for the full year
7. Pricing management
8. Competitive intelligence, capturing new trends in the market
9. Overall joint ownership on Category P&L - Sales as well as Gross Margins and EBIDTA.
