Job Description
We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Appointment Setters. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating business opportunities by identifying and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of our products or services. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and identify potential leads through various channels. Initiate outbound calls, emails, or messages to potential clients to generate interest Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects. Meet or exceed appointment setting targets to earn commission-based pay. Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Sales or appointment setting experience is a plus.
- Commission-based compensation with the potential for substantial earnings.
