Position: Applications Engineer
Experience: 6-7 years of relevant experience
CTC: 7-9 LPA
Education: BE/B.Tech (Chemical)
Required software knowledge: Ro Projections Hydronautics, Dow, Auto cad viewer, TORAY.
Location: Pune
Your duties and job responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:- * Study the inquiry/ client requirement about process and mechanical specifications, guarantee requirements, and evaluation criteria.

• Give adequate inputs to Electrical & Instrumentation, civil, and LSTK sources for their technical offer and costs.
• Review & compile exceptions to client specifications.
• Perform process calculation for equipment selection & design.
• Prepare technical datasheets & drawings for proposals & turnover packages.
• Send out inquiries to vendors to obtain price quotations
• Prepare BOQ of piping and valves and other mechanical items and compiling costing of proposed system.
• Respond to technical questions from clients about proposals, budgets & estimates.
• Prepare turnover package if job is awarded to the company
• Prepare a budget for any jobs awarded to the company
• Resolving budget conflicts on awarded jobs.
• Attending various pre and post order meetings with customer which may include domestic and international travel.
• Attending to post order process documentation based on requirements of the contract.
• Collect information from vendors regarding new equipment / technologies.
• Working in close co-ordination with sales group for offer and cost compilation and submission.
• Involve in searching and evaluation of new technologies and also work in close co-ordination with waste water and ICD group.
