Application Support

Strong application support experience. Must Have

Willingness to work in rotating shifts (16x7 coverage). Must Have

Pricient in writing SQL and PLSQL queries for data access and debugging. Must Have

Expertise in log checking, file navigation, and SFTP. Must Have

Experience with observability tools like DataDog. Must Have

Cloud technologies exposure, particularly AWS, S3, and Kubernetes. Must Have

Comprehensive understanding of SLAs and ITSM processes. Good to Have

Familiarity with batch job scheduling tools such as Control-M and Autosys. Good to Have
