Job Title Application Support - Professional

You will be primarily involved in the maintenance of our mission critical VisionPlus application and services. You will closely work with peer Developers, Business teams and Customers from multiple geographies on BAU issues, as well as production support within Devops Structure. You will expected to work on Development projects from time to time.

Job description:

\xc2\xb7 3+ years Credit Card System application support/development experience (VisionPLUS or equivalent)

\xc2\xb7 Strong programming and troubleshooting skills required using CICS, COBOL, VSAM/IAM

\xc2\xb7 Detailed understanding of mainframe ZOS environment is essential, including JCL

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with a scheduling tool like CA-7, Control-M or OPC is required

\xc2\xb7 Expertise in hands-on development of 2 more Vision PLUS application sub-systems from either CMS/FAS/TRAMS/MB

• Provide overall System Support
• Incident Management
• Implementation of strategies for service delivery, operational processes and performance improvements
• Ensure adherence to Change Control and Change Management methodologies and standards
• Ensure that, the agreed Westpac/Latitude Financial Services (LFS) and Fiserv support and development methodologies and standards are followed
• Operate within the agreed contractual guidelines and meet agreed client SLA measures
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the Vision PLUS, FALCON, FITS and TRIAD Systems
• Maintain documentation with regard to known errors, procedures, utilities and tools.
• Process Improvement \xe2\x80\x93 to be constantly on the lookout for a better way.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Provides quality service to customers.
• Provides valuable input to team meetings and other forums attended.
• Hold regular meetings with client to review issues, SLAs and performance
• Hold regular team meetings to review strategic goals, plans, initiatives, processes and issues
• Share major learnings/defects with global teams, to prevent other clients encountering critical issues.
