About the team:

This is a part of our IPSW Support team.

What you will be doing:

• Develop core versions of software applications for sale to external clients.
• Identifies client purchasing requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.
• Interacts with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software.
• Trains and communicates with clients on systems application.

What you will bring :

• Good Hands on experience in writing/executing SQL queries.
• Good Knowledge of SQL Server.
• Good Knowledge on Unix and Shell Scripting.
• Client Handling Experience.
• Must have Window Server knowledge.
• Experience working on application support for Banking Domain or Production Environment.
• Knowledge/ Experience in operational testing and working with data center teams.
• Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.
• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) knowledge.
• Shift Timing -5 AM to 2 PM \\ 10 AM to 7 PM (Rotational Shifts) ( 12 hours * 7 days )
