Required Skills :

  • Working knowledge of Relational database (Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres\xe2\x80\xa6), application servers and SQL programming.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating system administration, virtualization, and process visualization.
  • Understanding of Cloud Environment and application services.
  • Experience in managing Information Systems and services.
  • Working Knowledge on ITSM, escalation processes and administration.
  • Good knowledge of project management and methodologies.
  • Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
  • Able to coordinate with Development, Infrastructure team and Architects to ensure that tasks are completed and supported.
  • Able to ensure Fix, upgrade and maintenance of Software environment.
  • Understanding of both SDLC and Change Management processes.
  • Responsible to maintain Standard Operating Procedures and recommend changes whenever required.
  • Train and mentor new team members as per skillset required to deliver the services.
  • Drive creation of knowledge base articles and documentation to proactively address needs and reduce support tickets.
  • Establish and reinforce best practices for the Support team
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

Qualifications

B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA

Additional Information

Desirable:
  • Knowledge of operational management, metrics-based processes, and service delivery under ITIL.
  • Has experience working in Customer Based environment with handling of International User Base.
  • Working experience in publishing of Knowledge Articles for End Users.
